Tenant find service

Many letting agents advertise your property on just one or two major websites and charge up to 1 month's rent + VAT — plus extra for tenant referencing and contract preparation. At Prime Move, we do things differently. We offer transparent, competitive fees and wide marketing exposure to help you find quality tenants — without the hidden costs.

Full management service

Prime Move Agents may offer a full management service. Typically, this includes a provision to report maintenance issues and serve notice. You’ll be charged £75 of the monthly rent.

Rent collection service

Once a suitable tenant is secured, agents will conduct reference checks and draft your contract. When the tenancy begins, you'll be charged. With our rent collection service, we simply collect the rent from the tenant and forward it to you each month. This gives you the flexibility to manage the property and handle the day-to-day responsibilities yourself, while we take care of ensuring timely rent payments.
