These are the 4 simple steps you need to take to become a valued Prime Move client.

Step 1. Once you have approached your local Prime Move office, chosen the properties you like from the vacant properties available and arranged to view them, our negotiator will give you a Tenancy Application Form to complete and advise you exactly how much money in total is required.

Step 2. Once you have completed the Tenancy Application form, send it to your local Prime Move Office along with your holding deposit, your application to be processed.

Step 3. Once your request has been accepted, we will contact you and arrange a date for you to move into the property.

Step 4. The day you move into the property, or before if it is more convenient, the balance of the money is required along with the signing of the legal documents and inventory. The Prime Move negotiator will then hand over the keys to your new home. No need to worry about contacting the utility companies, we take care of all that for you.

Your on going monthly rent is then paid by standing order, leaving you free to enjoy the comforts of your new home. Cash payments can be made via prior arrangements.
